Online record keeping and report generation

This application is developed for a client in healthcare sector in partnership with Axim System Inc.

The Task
To allow Residents and Fellows the ability to keep an online record of their cases and to generate annual training reports required by the Residency Review Committees(RRCs) of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

The Solution
This web based application developed and deployed. The functional specs part was done by Axim System Inc. and Cybersoft did the development.


Benefits
The program automatically generate reports from the case information entered. The final report of training for ACGME or interim reports for any month or sets of months of training can be easily viewed or printed out with simple point-and-click commands. If required by ACGME, reports can also be saved as a file on a diskette for sending to ACGME.

Technologies Used
The application was developed in Cold Fusion and Java Script and is independent of back end database. Any ODBC compliant database could be selected for the back end. Currently the application is running on Microsoft Windows NT with MS SQL as the back end database.
