Our preferred model of development is the standardized development life cycle (SDLC) process formulated by IEEE although we are flexible within the range of SDLC we use, depending on the nature of the project. We believe that this methodology allows us better control over the delivery time, cost and quality of our projects.

CST's approach is to gather requirements in order to plan the solution accordingly. Through our advanced requirements gathering process i.e System Analysis, CST staff teams up with client business experts to gather requirements. This process involves bringing together key resources from the business with CST's technical consultants to outline and identify the user requirements and specifications.

CST's next phase, Design, involves taking the requirements generated from the Analysis phase and creating a detailed design. Our consultants create the detailed design with a prototype for the proposed solution. The client and users of the application review the design and prototype and give relevant feedback. This reduces the number of changes that need to be made during the development phase. CST's Design process incorporates a pro-active approach to identifying issues and achieving resolution as early on in the process as possible.

Development phase incorporates the results of the analysis and design phases to deliver a thoroughly tested and documented application. During the this phase, CST developers focus on the development of the application. A dedicated CST Team Leader continues to meet regularly with the client to provide updates and resolve any issues.

CST's Quality Assurance process, ensures that all CST deliverables maintain the high level of quality that our clients have come to expect. The application is tested thoroughly in house before it is implemented at the client's site.
