Azfar Manzoor
As President and CEO of the company Mr. Manzoor is responsible for
providing the vision and direction to the company.
Being one of the founding members he has played a key role in shaping
CyberSoft's growth over the last couple of years. His clear understanding
of the new networked economy has led to the young company's strong
and consistent revenue growth in each of the last two and half years,
growing from 6 people to more than 80.
His educational background and vast and rich experience make him
ideally suited to help grow and evolve CyberSoft in the new millennium.
He has focused particularly on corporate culture, leadership, people
strategies, technology and the internal processes that unify CyberSoft's
multidisciplinary services and create an environment of operational
excellence.
Azfar graduated from MIT with BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering
and Computer Sciences. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa
Nu and has over ten years of experience in System Analysis and Design,
Enterprise-wide Client/Server and E-commerce Applications, Relational
Database Management Systems and Networking.
He has previously worked at MIT Lab for Computer Sciences, National
Semiconductors and Cambridge Technology Group/Partners.
Zahid Haleem
As Chairman and CFO, Mr. Haleem is responsible for the overall fiscal
management of CyberSoft. With his finger on the company's financial
pulse, Mr. Haleem along with Mr. Manzoor helps guide CyberSoft's
strategic decisions in domestic and international expansion.
His responsibilities include strategy and business development,
plus oversight of financial planning, processes and controls of
the company. As Chairman of the board and one of the founding members,
Zahid has played a key role in shaping CyberSoft's growth over the
last two years.
Mr. Haleem has a BS in Business Administration from Boston University.
His specialty is in corporate finance. He has previously worked
for organizations like Bank of America.
Aamer Manzoor
As Director Software Division and Corporate Services, Aamer is responsible
for the oversight and strategic direction of CyberSoft's Software
Division and Corporate services. This includes both local and offshore
services.
He is one of the founding members of the company and sits on the
board of directors of the company. His various responsibilities
have included vision for the software development division, business
development and client management.
Aamer holds an MBA and a Masters Degree in Information Technology
from Harvard University. He had the honor of being the FIRST Graduate
of the Masters in IT program at Harvard University. He was also
placed on the Deans honor list of his graduating MBA class.
He has previously worked at ABN-AMRO Bank, Citibank, Harvard University
and MIT Lab for Computer Science. He specializes in corporate marketing
and business development.
Amir Shafi
As Director Consumer Services and Human Resources, Mr. Shafi is
responsible for the strategic direction of the company's Consumer
Services Units and its marketing strategy. He also oversees the
hiring and people strategy that helps CyberSoft recruit, train
and retain the most talented professionals in the market.
He sits on the board of directors of the company and his other
responsibilities include looking after the Accounting, Finance
and Administration functions of the company.
He holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences
and BS in Business Administration from Boston University with
specialization in marketing and finance. He was on the Deans honor
list of his MBA class and was awarded the silver medal for being
the second best graduating student of his MBA class.
