Better customer services
in a more efficient way
This web based application is developed for Mobilink. Mobilink,
a Motorola subsidiary, is the first cellular operator of Pakistan
with a network that consists of more than 160 cell sites and is
operational in 55 cities with a customer base of over 200,000.
The Task
Mobilink approached Cybersoft for the development of a multipurpose
web based application for its call center/customer services department
to provide consistent information and required to integrate this
with existing database.
The Solution
CST developed an application in ASP. This application serves all
the call center/customer services staff as well as other employees
of the company.

services department, less deployment time and maintenance lead to

Technologies Used
The application was developed in ASP and Java Script and is independent
of back end database. Any ODBC compliant database could be selected
for the back end. Currently the application is running on Microsoft
Windows NT with Oracle as the back end database.
